Spinach & Feta Omelette


  • 4 organic, free-range eggs
  • 60g organic spinach
  • 50g organic feta cheese (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp. organic butter


  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add pepper to taste
  • Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and add the egg mixture
  • Once the omelette starts to brown on the underside, turn/flip it onto the other side and continue to cook through
  • Just before the omelette is cooked through, add the spinach and allow it to wilt before adding the cubed feta to one half and folding the omelette over the cheese
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
