Raspberry Sorbet


  • 100g organic frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp. organic orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. organic lime (juice of)
  • 1 tbsp. organic honey
  • 1⁄2 scoop (17.5g) WHEY AHEAD Madagascan Vanilla


  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth (add a small amount of water if necessary)
  • Place mixture into a tuperware/freezer-safe box and leave to solidify for 20-30 minutes. Make sure you check on the mixture as you do not want it to freeze too hard or it will be impossible to scoop
  • Scoop out and eat immediately (preferably in the sun!)
