Protein Packed Porridge

Ingredients

  • 50g organic porridge oats
  • 1 scoop (35g) WHEY AHEAD Naked
  • 270ml organic whole milk or water
  • Organic blueberries/strawberries for garnish

Directions

  • Place oats and milk or water into a pan and bring to the boil
  • Simmer for 5-7 minutes stirring continuously until ready
  • Add blueberries and/or strawberries and enjoy!
