Organic Firework Smores

This is a great recipe for Fireworks night or a cold autumn evening with an open fire! The recipe makes 12 cookies.


  • 1 large organic egg
  • 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup organic peanut butter (smooth)
  • 2 scoops Naked WHEY AHEAD® whey protein
  • 2 Marshmellws and 2 squares dark organic chocolate (for melting)


  • Pre oven to 180 degrees and line baking tray
  • Put all ingredients other than marshmellow and chocolate in a bowl and mix (consistency like cookie dough)
  • Scoop 3 tablespoons of dough and make into a ball. Then flatten onto the tray
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cookies turn golden brown
  • Cool for 10 minutes
  • Roast 2 marshmellows in a flame on the end of a wooden stick
  • Put the marshmellows onto a cookie and add a sqaure of chocolate
  • Put another cookie on top to make a smore sandwich
  • Enjoy!
