Delivery & Returns Policy

Our Delivery & Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our full Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change this Delivery & Returns Policy at any time. This Delivery & Returns Policy was last updated in December 2015.

DELIVERY

We do charge a small amount for delivery to cover our costs as follows:

UK:

  • £3.50 Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
  • £6.00 Speedy Delivery (up to 2 working days)

We aim to ship your item on the day you order from us. If choosing speedy delivery, orders placed before 11am should arrive the next working day. 

Europe & Rest of World delivery will be available soon so watch this space! 

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

We are really sorry if you have not received your item! We will pull out all the stops to sort this out for you. Just follow these simple steps within 14 days from the day on which you placed the order with us so we can track your order and shipping details and confirm whether a replacement product can be arranged:

  2. Date of order
  3. Item purchased
  4. Your order number
  5. Any further details you think might be useful

RETURNS

When you receive your item(s), first of all please check to make sure you received the right product(s) as soon as possible and always before use.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We are really sorry if you received the incorrect item by mistake. We inspect all products we send and take great care in packaging them to ensure the highest possible standards. If, for some reason, the product you have received is not what you ordered, we will resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

To receive a replacement of the correct ordered item, please ensure that a returns authorisation number and return shipping address is obtained before attempting to return any items. To do this, please contact us at hello@wheyahead.com and include the following in the email. 

  1. Your full name
  2. Date of order
  3. Item ordered
  4. Item received
  5. Order number
  6. Any further details you think might be useful

You must return the item or goods in the same condition, unopened and sealed, and in the original packaging you received them, within 21 days from the day on which the items were dispatched to you.

Please use a proof of delivery service from the Post Office when you send your item back to us. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches us, so it is a good idea to insure the value of the item when shipping. Once we receive it, the product will be inspected for approval. If approved, we will then distribute the replacement item to you. Replacement items will be distributed within 7 days of approval.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us at hello@wheyahead.com.

You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is as soon as possible after discovering the fault and we will advise you on what to do next.
