2) Why did you want to be a WHEY AHEAD® brand ambassador?
I love the CLEAN|STRONG|ORGANIC ethos here at WHEY AHEAD®; it reflects my own personal values that I try to uphold in my training, diet and lifestyle. I also love that I am able to be a part of something bigger than just my own fitness journey, by contributing to the WHEY AHEAD® vision of making a difference in the health and fitness industry.
3) Can you tell us a bit about your own fitness journey & any goals you have?
My fitness journey started a few years ago when life threw me some lemons, and I decided to make mine and my family’s health a priority. I have strived to learn as much as I can about exercise and nutrition, and in doing so changed my career and became a Personal Trainer! I have always loved sport and along the way I’ve fallen in love with weightlifting, boxing and road cycling. My goals are always lofty! I like to challenge myself and push my limits, so I am aiming to enter the boxing ring for the first time, maybe a triathlon, and hit the stage as a bikini competitor one day too!
4) How do you incorporate WHEY AHEAD protein & clean eating into your lifestyle?
I’m a walking picnic because I’m always carrying pre-prepared meals with me in Tupperware wherever I go so that I know the food I’m eating is clean, natural and healthy! WHEY AHEAD® organic protein enhances my lifestyle as I can be confident that my body is getting the natural goodness that it needs to achieve my fitness goals! 5) How important is organic nutrition to you?
So important! I know that organic nutrition provides the best possible fuel for my body, and without the best fuel I wouldn’t be able to continue to do all the things that I love, and to perform as well as I do. I eat as natural, clean and organic as possible. Discovering WHEY AHEAD® organic protein has been the final piece in my nutrition puzzle, and I feel so happy and healthy for it!
6) What words of encouragement would you give to someone trying to get fit & healthy?
Health and fitness is definitely a lifelong journey, so find something that you absolutely love doing and it’ll become part of your lifestyle much more naturally. Prioritising your health will be the best decision you’ve ever made!
