Staying hydrated is key to health & fitness.
Your sugar, salt, caffeine and alcohol levels will all influence your fluid balance in some way but you also have to take into account:
- The temperature;
- Your amount of lean muscle mass, and;
- Your frequency, intensity and type of exercise.
