Our founder Ethan and brand ambassador, Dani are embarking on a 8 week challenge BUT with a difference! There are countless transformation programmes out there but here's the catch - are the goals realistic, do they really work and more importantly, are they sustainable? We've put a bit of a unique edge on our challenge because it will highlight 3 key elements to success:
- The What : we are going to show you what we go through on a weekly basis. What we eat, what we do to train, what we're feeling and how we stay motivated.
- The Whey : we are going to show you 'wheys!' we use our organic protein to supplement our diets and optimise performance.
- The Why : probably the most vital part - why we are doing this. We are going to keep reminding you why it's important to find a solution that works for you over the long term. We'll be completely open and honest about the good days and the bad. This is a realistic 8 weeks and we don't expect to come out the end looking like barbie and ken dolls!
Why ARE we doing this?! Here's the first truth. Life gets busy and demanding. Priorities change when you're under pressure and despite best intentions and know-how, you sometimes let things slip. It's okay. It happens to us all. Ethan and Dani are both qualified personal trainers and spend a lot of their time coaching others. Sometimes they prioritise others and they themselves fall down to the bottom of the list! They miss training sessions. One leads to two and then they feel like there's a mountain to climb to gain form again.
After an honest team meeting, they decided to draw on each others motivational strengths (train the trainer type thing!) and do something about this. The 8 weeks of What, Whey and Why was born. They will spend 8 weeks training hard, eating right and motivating each other. True to our brand values, it will be honest and truthful and hopefully help share some insider knowledge and insight with you. The challenge will end on New Year's Eve 2016.
